Upon Receipt of Blue Sky Vacations signup form, we will call you for your credit card information. A non-refundable service fee of $50.00 per reservation will be required to hold your reservation. This service fee is for services rendered. In authorizing your deposit you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions set forth for this tour.
CANCELLATION: FINAL PAYMENT : JANUARY 7, 2025 Cancellation Fees for all Reservations, except where specified: Final Payment Conditions: 60-45 Days prior to departure there is a 50% penalty. 45 Days or less ALL monies are nonrefundable. These conditions are subject to change depending on vendors.
DISPUTES: Any disputes arising from the Hammond Tours Classically Ireland & Scotland Private Tour must be settled in California. Information and pricing is subject to change without notice. Your credit card on file will be charged on the SEVENTH (7TH) of each month. Guests assume responsibility to provide updated credit card information prior to the payment due date.
Final Payment: January 7, 2025
Late Payments: There is a $35 late payment fee. This will be assessed each time a payment is late. If you are 60 days or more past due on any of your tour payments, your tour reservation may be canceled at our discretion. In the event of a late payment cancelation, all paid funds will be forfeited.
Excluded Charges Charges are “tour only” and are based upon double occupancy and do not include airfare, ground transportation, individual purchases or excursions. Airline tickets issued in association with this cruise are subject to all the rules and penalties imposed by the individual airlines and are nonrefundable once ticketed.
