What is the required automatic monthly billing?
Enroll in automatic monthly billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an even monthly payment plan and you’ll choose the day of the month you want your payments to be processed. It’s that easy!

Do I need a passport?
Yes, you need a passport to travel outside of the US. Passports MUST be valid for at least six (6) months after the scheduled return date of the trip.

Can I fly in directly on the day of the cruise?
Tokyo is 17 hours ahead of San Francisco.  You must leave the day before to arrive the day of the cruise.  We strongly suggest you come in at least one day early in order not to risk delayed or cancelled flights.

Is there a hotel package pre-cruise available?
Yes, at time of booking just ask to have the hotel package added on.

What do I pay for:
Any optional shore excursions. laundry; phone calls; all items of a personal nature; sightseeing; bottled water, alcoholic beverages(beverage packages are available on the ship) additional gratuities may be charged for some of these items

121 days or more before departure = Deposits are refundable
119-90 days prior to departure = 25% Cruise/Cruisetour and Air Cancellation Fee
90-61 days prior to departure = 50% Cruise/Cruisetour and Air Cancellation Fee
60-31 days prior to departure = 75% Cruise/Cruisetour and Air Cancellation Fee
30 days or less prior to departure = No Refund

What dining options are available on board?
There is no shortage of food on board; enjoy a quick snack out by the pool or hit the buffet, all included in your cabin price! Certain specialty restaurants are available with either a fixed price menu with a nominal cover charge or à la carte pricing in addition to the standard dining program. 24-hour Room Service is available for a $9.95 USD convenience fee plus 20% service charge.

Additionally, the formal dining room offers a nicer, sit-down meal for the times you’re more interested in being waited on. These meals are also included in your cabin price.

Checking your bags at the port:
At the port you will hand over any luggage you wish to check to the porters, and your bags will be delivered directly to your cabin. DON’T PACK YOUR DOCUMENTATION, MEDICATION OR OTHER IMPORTANT ITEMS IN ANY BAG YOU PLAN TO CHECK, AS BAGS MAY TAKE UNTIL 8PM TO ARRIVE TO YOUR CABINS.

Each piece of checked luggage must have a luggage tag listing your name, ship and cabin number. Luggage tags can be printed prior to the cruise during registration for e-documents and additional tags may be obtained at port from the curbside porters. *Please note that curbside porters are not employees of Norwegian Cruise Line and it’s customary to tip them at least $1 per bag.

DO NOT PACK YOUR PASSPORT, TRAVEL DOCUMENTS OR ALCOHOL IN YOUR CHECKED BAG.
