Terms & Conditions
Before setting sail, take a moment to review the key policies that guide your cruise experience. These terms cover important details such as booking procedures, payment and cancellation policies, travel documentation, entry requirements, and refund guidelines.
You will be required to fill out a form that gives us your full names, date of birth, address, phone number and email. Upon Receipt of this form, we will call you for your credit card information. A non-refundable service fee of $50.00 per person will be required to hold your reservation. This service fee is for services rendered.
The Stateroom Deposit is due at the time of the reservation. These are per person deposits – A $600 per person deposit is required at the time of booking.
In authorizing your deposit you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions set forth for this cruise.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Upon booking: a $50pp Payable to Blue Sky Vacations for services rendered is required.
- 90 days or more prior: 100% refund.
- 89–83 days prior: 100% refund, minus the required deposit amount.
- 82–46 days prior: 50% refund of the gross fare.
- 45 days or less prior: No refund available.
FINAL PAYMENT: APRIL 5, 2027
FUEL SURCHARGE
Holland America Line may impose a fuel surcharge (up to $10/day per person).
Guests must pay any surcharge, even if the cruise is fully paid.
DISPUTES:
Any disputes arising from the Holland America Line British Isles Cruise must be settled in California. Information and pricing is subject to change without notice. While we do our very best to ensure that information and pricing appearing in this website is complete and accurate, we cannot be responsible for incomplete and inaccurate representations, which may or may not be under our control. In the event of a pricing error, misrepresentation or omission, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing or make any other corrections. We reserve the right to change all itineraries without notice and with no further obligation.

The above said deny any responsibility for liability for late arrival of your flight or train or for any illness, injury, damage, loss of cruise time or other irregularities resulting there from. You are responsible for arriving at the respective ports on time for embarkation and for joining the vessel at its next port of call if, for any reason you miss a scheduled sailing.
