After initial deposit of $300 per person, you are automatically enrolled in the required monthly payment plan.  Final Payment is 90 DAYS FROM TRAVEL.
ALL MONIES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

HOW DO I PURCHASE INSURANCE?

You have choices: Travelex  or  Allianz.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

Yes, you need a passport to travel outside of the US.  Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months after the scheduled return date of the trip.

IS AIR INCLUDED IN THE COST?

No.  But you can purchase air with your tour with Gate1 or Blue Sky Vacations can assist you with your air –  just fill out this form AIR REQUEST

Any disputes arising from the 11 day Tour of Iceland hosted by Gate1 Travel must be settled in California. Information and pricing is subject to change without notice. While we do our very best to ensure that information and pricing appearing in this website is complete and accurate, we cannot be responsible for incomplete and inaccurate representations, which may or may not be under our control. In the event of a pricing error, misrepresentation or omission, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing or make any other corrections. We reserve the right to change all itineraries without notice and with no further obligation.

Excluded Charges

Charges are Iceland Tour and are based upon double occupancy and do not include airfare (unless package that includes airfare is purchased), ground transportation, personal purchases, purchased drinks.

Airline tickets issued in association with this tour are subject to all the rules and penalties imposed by the individual airlines and are nonrefundable once ticketed.

Pre and/or Post Cruise Packages are subject to different penalties for changes or cancellation. These will be determined by the vendors that are used.

Services
We commence providing services to you as soon as we accept your booking and a deposit is paid. This includes work undertaken prior to travel to arrange and coordinate the delivery of your travel arrangements.  A non-refundable service fee of $50.00 per room will be required to hold your reservation. This service fee is for services rendered.
